Injection Moulding
Polytech Plastics have 16 Injection Moulding Machines ranging from 35 to 500 Tonnes.
Shot Capacity: 0 – 2000 grms

Insert Moulding
This allows for other components to be integrated into the plastic part, eg cables, circuit boards etc

Gas Injection
This technology allows for parts to have a hollow core, reducing part weights which reduces overall part costs.

Capping Machine
This machine is able to assemble two components together. Such as dish washing liquid tops. A range of different sizes makes this a very versatile machine.
